Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the CBSOT website. Placeholder legal copy — pending legal review.

1. Acceptance

By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. About this website

This website represents Coding Blocks School of Technology (“CBSOT”), a brand operated by [INSERT EXACT LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. CBSOT provides industry-skilling, practical-learning, mentorship, and related support services. All academic operations, regulatory oversight, and degree awards are solely managed by the respective university partner, as applicable.

3. Use of content

All content, design, and assets on this website are the property of the operating entity or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or modify any portion of this website without prior written consent.

4. Submissions

Information submitted through forms on this site must be accurate and your own. Submissions are governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. No guarantees

Outcomes such as placements, scholarships, or admissions are dependent on individual performance and third-party factors. CBSOT does not provide guarantees of such outcomes.

6. Laptop & personal hardware

The CBSOT program is delivered on modern personal computing hardware. Every student is expected to arrive with, and use throughout the program, a MacBook Pro (or a model of equivalent specification, as communicated by CBSOT for that batch) together with any required peripherals.

Cost: The cost of the laptop and related personal hardware is borne by the student (or the student’s family). The laptop is not included in the tuition fee charged by the university partner or by CBSOT.

CBSOT support: To make this easier, CBSOT partners with Apple authorised resellers and education channels to secure the best available program pricing, education discounts, and EMI / financing options for admitted students. A member of the CBSOT admissions team will share the current laptop specification, the recommended vendor list, and the applicable offers during the pre-joining process. Availing any such offer is at the student’s discretion, subject to the vendor’s terms; CBSOT does not act as a seller, financier, or guarantor, and does not receive commissions on laptop sales from its recommended partners.

Students may alternatively bring a compatible laptop they already own, provided it meets the minimum specification published by CBSOT for that batch. Ongoing maintenance, insurance, repair, theft protection and replacement of the student’s personal hardware remain the student’s responsibility.
